Why are Greeks racist against Turks?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

My village is called Istindjo in English,Istinco in Turkish, and probably Istinkios in Greek.Do you know it?I was born there but moved about a bit because my father was a primary teacher.WE lived in Yalia, then Aytotro (Ayios Theodoros?) then in Sinde and Kandu before ending up in Nicosia where I finished high school. But every summer holiday till 1968 we went to Istindjo to my grandparents' farm, and best time of my life were spend there, herding goats and sheep, picking olives and carob, riding donkeys and horses, eating figs and plums off the tree, you get the idea, mate.I read somewhere that you are from Polis originally.I would've passed your house on my way to Istindjo, but most probably you were not yet born.Sorry to have missed you,Alexios.
