How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Dont place so much intelligence on old papa to realize that what you are saying is absolutely true.By intelligence i dont mean the one measured by traditional IQ tests. I mean people intelligence, vision, the ability to see things from the other point of view and above all the ability to show compromise when everything else fails. He has none of those attributes..

But if Papa won't speak to Talat than Erdogan won't speak to Papa, and this childish game will go on forever

exactly. its a childish game hidden behind legal "arguments"

In my opinion, and please give this a bit of thought, eventually Turkey will get the advantage if the Cyprus problem is not solved soon

no no no... we will wait until the next time the EU powers talk with turkey where we (and erdogan) will get another paper which satisfies both and we will continue "winning " like that and one day solution will fall from a tree like a ripe juicy fruit

Erdogan is as cunning as a fox, imo.

nobody can accuse him for being like that.
i actually wish that pap could be as erdogan
