Remember what you said about Basil Nodear a few weeks ago...???? ... when you said you was getting away with it scott free..??

Just tell the Forum in simple English how terribly wrong you were and you'll have the link... a small price to pay for a substantial and as you say a very interesting document.

Deal...???

come now there is no right or wrong here. I never claimed he did not steal money, i merely said he would get away with it. but it seems all the illegal tricks the serious fraud office used against him are legal after all. what did you expect from a country who's justice system accused a few card playing people of bomb making keeping them in prison for 25 years with the file proving their innocence labeled as not for the eyes of the defence lawyer.

the fact that he stole the money is beyond doubt. but i fear he must be senile to think he was innocent. as to his lawyers who advised him i would not wish them to defend my worst enemy including the beast.

so how the eu will view putting away a senile man in the appeal process will be most interesting.

now where is that file.
