I cant figure out what you mean.
Anyway i am a non jailbreak person :p i had ipad 2 and now this ipad 3,i have iphone 4.
Never jailbreak any of these.

My limited understanding of jailbroking is to enable it to be used with another network. usually Iphones are jailbroken that are locked to a particular network when you buy it.

I hadn't considered 3rd party apps. Too many on apple anyway to need any others!

You also did not state if it was a ipad 2 or 3, which is it??

You are talking about locked iPhones for example which can,via jailbreak and unlock,be used with another network.But jailbreaking is mostly about downloading and using for free,apps that you should normally pay for!!!And other staff as customising your iPhone/iPad where IOS won't let you.
This is a "New iPad" as Apple named the last iPad on the market,which is also called iPad 3.

Only cash or exchange with iphone 5 or ipad mini (plus money) when they are available!
But why would someone exchange the new ipad with asus tablet?
