How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

...indeed, i said it before and i'll say it again; i would fly the Cypriot flag, right round the island.

...were there Greek flags and Turkish flags flying with the Cypriot flag at this concert, were there no flags?

In all fairness, if I ask a Turkic what happened I'm going to get anti-Greek propaganda; if I ask a Greek about it, I'm going to get a pro-Greek view. What I have done, is look up as much neutral material on what happened and have come to the conclusion the Turks are as barbaric and nasty as they come. I'm not so blinkered and shallow that I couldn't condemn my own people if I thought they had done something wrong - it's not beyond someone to do that about their own kind - but I have not found anything to make me feel that way.

The Cyprus problem will never be solved as long as you lot hang on the coat tails of the Mongols. Get rid of them and there's a chance to save the country.

you have not looked very hard though or you had your eyes closed whilst you were looking. now which is it.

not heard of murataga atlilar sandallilar dohni. surely you have heard what barbarity was committed in the name of roc. one even was heard saying our job is done here. as the old teacher once said, you can do a lot better but only if you try.

Lordo...I've never heard of that and still don't really know anything about it. The only thing I could find is something that Hermes posted on this forum. So it's not too big a deal if there's nothing posted about it.

What I do know (which is something noted in Hermes' post) is that the Grey Wolves weren't opposed to killing Turkic Cypriots just so the Greek Cypriots and EOKA could be blamed leaving them all fair game. Yes, things like this do happen.

P.S. Well done for side-stepping my newspaper link.
