Postby supporttheunderdog » Fri Aug 31, 2012 4:51 pm

I am having issues with the new version of Firefox (15) which will not load.

(I have wound back to version 14 and stopped automatic updates)

Test #1:
[Ctrl]+[Alt]+[Del] > Task Manager > Processes> Highlight "firefox.exe" > End Process > Ok
See if it runs after doing that.

Test #2:
Start Firefox in "Safe Mode" by holding down the shift key while starting.

Test #3:
Incompatible add-ons enabled from previous version of Firefox, especially Skype.

Test #4:
Has this new version of Firefox been enabled (allowed) in the software firewall? Look under Ctrl Panel > Firewall.
