Breaking news from the UK, Asil Nadir found guilty of three counts of theft.

Judge has called the jury back in to check one of the counts.

The jury is still deliberating on the other 10 counts.

Breaking news, out of the 9 remaining charges Mr Nadir has been found guilty of a further 4 charges with the jury unsure of 2 of the charges. The Judge is likely to dismiss these 2 charges.

That brings the current guilty verdicts to 7 charges and dismissals to 3 (1 definite and 2 probable).

The Jury is deliberating the final 3 charges.

Well, as it happens, following yesterday's convictions, the thieving fraudster spent last night, the first of
many, at Mrs Windsor's Pleasure at Belmarsh Prison, London.

No more bail or fine wining and dining in Mayfair.
