hi please can someoen tell me if the solicitors g mintis parlimni is ok as we are having problems getting our money for a sale of a property.

also is it usual practise to let the buyer into your property and not received the money into your bank account. the solicitor is holding our money but have let the buyer into our property and not deposited our money.

any answers on this would much appreciated.
