Cooking with Mr Yialousa

Cooking with Mr Yialousa. :mrgreen:

Chicken Souvla

Take the Chicken and cut it up into pieces ie. legs, thighs, wings, half the breasts etc. Put it into a large dish, season with freash crushed sea salt/black pepper and sprinkle with oregano. Take the Hellenic oilve oil (important must be from Cyprus or Greece) and squeeze a whole lemon over the chicken. Mix well and refrigerate for atleast two hours. Barbeque for 25 to 30 mins turnining every 5 mins. :D

Oregano on barbecued meat is like ketchup on spaghetti... you’ve trashed the basis of your dinner! Use a little garlic instead.

Take the Hellenic oilve oil...

Never use Hellenic products… Balkan gypsies who process these things never wash their hands! Just stick to Cypriot produce.

I only eat Cypriot (Hellenic) food. 8)

Greek chickens have no meat on them! Austerity measures have made them look like pigeons! :?
