Chicken Souvla
Take the Chicken and cut it up into pieces ie. legs, thighs, wings, half the breasts etc. Put it into a large dish, season with freash crushed sea salt/black pepper and sprinkle with oregano. Take the Hellenic oilve oil (important must be from Cyprus or Greece) and squeeze a whole lemon over the chicken. Mix well and refrigerate for atleast two hours. Barbeque for 25 to 30 mins turnining every 5 mins.
