I loooove beef stifado, but I do prefer to eat it in the colder months, with pourgouri - and a salad of course!

Just had grilled paidakia (suckling lamb chops). And greek salad with plenty of grek virgin olive oil. And tzatziki (ttalatturi with garlic). And melintzanosalata (the latter three to counter the cholesterol of the first). And Cretan tsikoudia chased by FIX beer. :mrgreen:

BBQ'd beef ribs, slice potatoes cooked in tin foil on the grill & a tossed salad.
