Why do you think the EU dont do anything?

I would like to ask them that very same question, but it would seem turkey has the backing to the US/UK and hence no action. The EU is spineless, has no respect for unity, but I blame our own people more for not being more difficult in the EU, and not shouting loud enough. In fact, the RoC should have refused the EU presidency on the grounds of zero support from the EU itself, but oh not shistofkalos wants to play the statesman before he is finally evicted in disgrace. Gamoto keraton tous.

Come on Billy boy talk some sense for a change.

The EU doesn't give a sh-te about South Cyprus.

I should worry more about your impending bankruptcy.

Not long to go know !!

This motion should go further... no progress at all, zero, zilch on Turkish accession, 'til every single bleeding Turkish soldier leaves CY and 'til Turkey ends its interference in CY... and the near 1 Billion Euros a year Convergence Funding should be suspended.

Do you really think the two faced British parliamentarians will support this action. After all if Tony Blair and his wife have relatives exploiting the refugee properties in the occupied area, how would they go with supporting this motion.

Believe this is being pushed at the European Parliament by the CY MEPs such as Eleni Theocharos and not at the GB Parliament file.

Correct, bill. The issue needs to be raised. No recognition, no accession. Use our bloody veto.
