The points raised by Sotos remain valid:

1. The 200,000 GCs had to move south during and just after the invasion in 1974 to save their lives.
2. The agreement provided terms which would enable the GCs and TCs to stay were they were in safety and of course it repeated their self understood right to move elsewhere if they so wished.
3. The agreement did not IMPOSE the movement of GCs and TCs to the south or to the north respectively as the Turkish propaganda claims. So!

So much for keeping away from Greek and Turkish propaganda Halil. Keeping away from it means not to repeat it, regardless who reproduces it.

So GCs didnt really fear for their lives, were not forced to move south and in no danger as the GCs living in the Karpaz region are testiment to this, its all GC propaganda.

The truth is that many of the T/cs moved from South to North after threats from Denktash regime and TMT that they will be killed if they do not do so.Unfortunatetly the side which is winning a war can write the history at its descretion.

Just because the Turks have to create propaganda to cover their crimes and legitimise their barbaric acts, it does not mean Greeks have any need of propaganda - because, Greeks have right on their side. Stop trying to mitigate your propaganda by pretending everone does this or has any need of propaganda. Turkey is the biggest producer of propaganda in the world. Pays MEPs and everyone it can to support them.

so a greek cypriot killing a 16 day old baby has not been covered for 38 years then. not mentioned in one news report.

Typical gross twisting of historical facts. Typical Turkish propaganda. What Sotos and me are saying is exactly the opposite i.e., the truth, which is that All GCs, with the exception of the 10.000 who were trapped in Karpasia and later decided to stay, left the north fearing for their lives or were forced to live in 1974. And the ones in Karpasia are continuously being harassed and intimidated so that they decide to leave.

What Halil posted is Turkish Propaganda written by the Turks AYLA GÜREL & KUDRET ÖZERSAY. internal-displacement.org seems to be just a website that collects articles written by others. In this case the Turkish Propaganda institute called PRIO.

No wonder Halil, the employee of the Turkish Propaganda Agency Bayrak didn't want to give the source of his propaganda. He tried to pass it as something objective and true :lol:

Don't lose any sleep over it file... these Turkish Agents, these nationalist Partitionists, Halil, Lordo and VP wind each other up in to a frenzy of hate to try and out do each other with increasingly more outrageous Propaganda... :wink:
