That's besides the point.

You said the GCs had no say on the "trnc" and I've shown you that they clearly do.

Does that make you feel better?....do you realize that the TRNC continues to exist despite you "feeling so good" and in reality the say you have are things we can live with like having bad weather or no natural resources...in which case we have to thank god for Turkey and all her support.

VP, you need to understand that your "trnc" is in the gift of the GCs and the more the mainland Turks Turkify it by effectively ethnically cleansing the TCs, the less likely the GCs are going to budge, irrespective of whether you find that preferable or not.

Meed do you think that if what you were offering was far better than uniting with the Turks we wouldnt take you up on it? Time works against you as you conveniently forget that we are also Turkish just like you are Greek the Cypriot people ideology never had a chance to flourish due to your enosis aspirations and the subsequent results.

VP,

I think its you that needs to reassess your stance.

At the moment the Cyprus problem is polarised between the TCs and the GCs and the UN is going along with a BBF.

If it comes to the stage where that is not the case and the problem is perceived by the UN to be one of Cypriots in the south and a foreign Turks in the north, the UN may reassess its position on the Cyprus problem and any solution.

Besides, this thread amongst other things presented an opportunity for both communities to co-operate together to create a rail network of mutual benefit and it was you that came out with decisive comments that flew in the face of the spirit of this proposal.

What has the UN achieved in Cyprus? nothing..so them reassesing the position means next to nothing.

I said we would support such an endevour as long as the GCs did try to interfer in what goes on in the north just as we will not have say in the south, whats so harsh about that?

Listen to that c8ck s@cker

Mr Ed, dont waste your time, he is just asking for the money from the GC's so they can do it by themselves for themselves.

even on something as simple as transport = economic and social benefit for all, the c*ck s'cker has to degredate the conversation so you cant agree.

Don't worry about VP, he won't be around long as he is training to be a Jihadist.

Minimum why do you say that? I have agreed as long as you deal with the south and me the north.
