sold out by Traitors and the Junta - July 15 1974 -

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Anything more is feeding justification to Turkey which tries to state this as good enough reason to grab half of Cyprus for themselves. An advance on Britain's behavior in taking the Bases as some kind of compensation for the GCs fighting for their independence from them, the Imperialists.

So I guess that Greek funds, Greek run military, Greek orders from Athens, etc are of insignificant value for the 15th july!

I wonder why the Greek leadership was later tried… :?

Must’ve been something to do with football! :?

As if they're going to get it!

But anyway, with your comments you're foolishly diverting an anti-Greece thread into an anti-Turkey!

Some on here will be very happy!

Leadership? You mean the non-elected fascists who took control with the help of the USA. It was right that they be tried. The Greeks did not support their "leadership" or their actions.

When you free Cyprus from their control then you may begin the solution of the problem. You have just a few years left. In just a few years it is the Cyprus Turks who will demand unification with one man one vote. Just as soon as they reach the one million figure.

These "Cyprus Turks" will never be allowed a vote in the RoC-EU. You think nobody knows how the Turks operated in Hatay/Alexandretta?

I agree with Pirratis to a large measure - but the threats of the Turks to take action including inasion had been well known since at least '63, they threatened invasion in '67 and those in support of Enosis completely failed to heed the warnings - I think Grivas himself said in in 1973 that the Turks would not intervene - how wrong he was.

To be absolutely specific I blame the coupists for giving the Turks the opportunity to exploit the excuse they had been looking for. No More, but it was enough.

So when can we expect to see some sanity from you VP... tell us just how see the role of the TMT/Donktosh Extremists, prob since at least 1958, in all this mess, and in particular their role in '74 and since, in all this...?

They were a direct response to enosis and fought for survival which came in the form of taksim. Please tell me honestly what you would have expected TCs to do in the face of enosis and gifting their country to Greece which for them was a death sentence.

Come along VP... let's try and be a bit more sane and honest about the role of TMT/Donktosh/Kucuk in all this and the continuing role of Turkey and the Illegal Regime up to the present day.

Come on... a bit of honesty from you today please.
