Strange... I've always dreamed of owning a Learjet!

Now if everyone chips in a few quid I might be able to actually get one and park it close to my house!

We had our land at Tseri compulsorily purchased several years ago, with the promise of extra to cover the road they built on our land. So far only the original agreed price was paid, with the warning that if we didn't accept their terms, or went to a lawyer, the price would not be increased. Then the additional price due for taking more land for the road, was never paid. We have two relatives who still haven't been paid a penny for either their portion of land or road.

I understood that if any land was to be taken for any purpose, if five years elapsed and nothing was built, then we could re-claim our land.

Have a friend with farmland near there, more towards Yeri, and some of the land was expropriated to build that new road from Latsia towards Aglantja some years ago and the new road cuts them off from some of the land... and like you the first offer for compensation was derisory, they held out, got local councillors on-side, threatened courts etc and they got a far more satisfactory settlement.
