after a bit of help/advice. we currently own a property in Souni, brought off plan, about 5+ years ago, we are having real issues selling it as we dont yet have the Title Deeds, just wondered if anyone has sold a property without Title Deeds and how you managed to do so. the plot we have a house on is a country rose development at the top of souni.

You don’t need the deed to sell a property in Cyprus. If that was the case all those on a mortgage would never be able to sell but that of course is not the case.

If you have a buyer who insists on a deed well too bad… find another that doesn’t care.

Due to market conditions, it is not easy to sell even if you have title deeds.
