1. Bugger all.
Of course it hasn't changed anything when we take the real world into consideration. The Republic of Cyprus is still the legally recognised entente for the entire island, hence the PRESIDENCY, your illegal and artificial statelet is still not recognised but considered as occupied by a foreign power, and reunification to the satisfaction of the Greek side is the official EU stance. But also for the second time since 2004, Turkey's threat to annex the occupied-north has once again come to bugger all.
But if we base it on the wishful thinking of the Turkish side, yeah sure, Turkey is all powerful who we must fear because its fist-waiving and chest beating is making the region tremble so much so soon they will recongise the "TRNC" lest Erdogan gets really mad and bursts a blood vessel in one of his eyes.
