Ahead of the Opening Ceremony at Curium later today, the College of Commissioners have gathered in Nicosia and have met with members of the government of the Republic. These are the senior Commissioners of the EC which include Commission President Manuel Barroso, Commissioner for External Affairs Catherine Ashton as well as Herman Van Rompuy, the President of the EU Council.
