Erdoğan eyes fourth term as party leader

Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan yesterday signaled his intention to seek a fourth term as party leader of the ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP), while also paving the way to more terms for deputies from the party who have already served three terms.

No greeks are not like Turks and Turks are not like Greeks but the people that oppose your proposals to share Cyprus are more GC than TC.

...true, both cultures, Greek and Turk are distinct, and each has made a contribution toward a larger family we can call Mankind.

...true, it may be that the "Greeks" find my proposal more offensive than their counterparts the "Turks", both have the same motive, but it is a matter of scale.

Cypriots have to decide, and to make themselves clear no matter how many other Interlocutors have an interest. There should exist a Republic of Cyprus as a Unitary State to defend its Citizens as equals, without distinction or discrimination. and, being a People who respect diversity, represent themselves Bicommunally, so that as Persons there is equality too.

...it is the Cypriots who can save Turkey from its "Turks", it ended, and it will continue to end, the role of elites in Greece as "Greeks" (therefore the rest of Europe), they will open the door (when there are at least three governing bodies), to a Capital like Nicosia in Jerusalem, it may be that Bosnians Serbs and the Herzo will emulate this political-economic structure too; but first the word (Bicommunal) (and now the word Bizonal) must be defined.

...vp, why not demonstrate the same respect i give to the island, why not choose to Free the Republic, if you agree with me, surely you will call for a Greek Constituency to exist, as i do.

@GR, i know what no compromise means, and i have spent a good part of my lifetime on the Problem, think man what it means to have a Cypriot State; so?

...to those terrified of the future, i say how nice to see a polyphony that speak Greek, i'd say that is ultimate as a "Greek", who gave the world these expressions as words.

repulse your statement "Republic of Cyprus as a Unitary State to defend its Citizens as equals, without distinction or discrimination. and, being a People who respect diversity, represent themselves Bicommunally, so that as Persons there is equality too" the problem is not a unitary state but who will exactly defend its citizens without distinction or discriminaiton respecting diversity and equality. See ing that the GCs are numerical majority then surely what you peopose for the numerical minority is that we trust and place our future in the hands of the numerical majority which just so happens to be the GCs. Cant you understand that we do not trust GCs one iota thats why we prefer a BBf with political equality of the constiuent states where each can administer themselves and everyone has the freedom to move around and settle where ever they wish..alowing them the freedom to choose not to be forced into minority or majority status.

The majority of TCs support 2 constituent states the problem is that the majority of GCs do not...how will you resolves this very hugh barrier which you are conveniently avoiding.

...dude, i am avoiding no barriers.

read my manifesto, and do the math.

...and if you are truly for a BBF, you would understand that with a Greek Constiuency, the State is free from having to defend these particular interests.

Again I state that the GCs would reject your proposals as they have rejected everything placed on the table the referendum being the ultimate test...your proplr is the GCs not the TCS.
