Well one of the criteria for judging Good Governance is whether the government treats its citizens equally fairly.

It is poor that CY Governments allow this free-loading by some CYs whilst chasing other CYs to pay into the Health Care System.

Everyone who makes use of the service should pay their due share of the insurance scheme.

Surely they do that already. Turkish Cypriots being on poverty wages are not obliged to contribute. I am sure if a Greek Cypriot was on the same wages they would not have to contribute either.

This economic suffocation is a double sword my friend.

Ain't suggesting they be "cancelled"... saying ALL CYs should pay for access to public health services... Nothing contentious with that, just good government. The international community will be quite happy with that.
