JUST TO LET YOU ALL KNOW THAT ON MONDAY I GOT AN EMAIL FROM THE GREEK PAPER. AFTER PHONING THEM THEY TOLD ME SOMEONE HAD COME FORWARD WITH SOME INFORMATION ABOUT MY DAD. I WAS GIVING DRECTIONS ON HOW TO GET TO A PETROL STATION.
I WON'T GO INTO ALL THE DETAILS HERE, BUT TODAY I DECIDED TO GO THERE. I MET AND SPOKE TO MY DAD.
THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO OFFERED SUGGESTIONS ON THIS POST.
HOPE TO COME TO THE CYPRUS MEETING ON THE 18 DECEMBER.

That's incredibly good news. He's probably a bit shell-shocked and might need some time. I hope he contacts you soon and that everything goes really well for the two of you and your futures.

good afternoon greek island girl, hope you are well? yes very good news. it could be he is shocked, but i think he was very well prepared so i'm guessing he had seen the first announcement in the Greek paper, and saw the second one too. also i think he was the one who phoned the paper. don't ask me why i think this, its just a feeling.
will see if he calls, but i'm not so sure.

hello Greek island girl, my dad phoned me today he was taken back into hospital yesterday and that's why he didn't call me, he was given 3 days to live after having problems with his heart, he had a pacemaker fitted a few days ago but started to feel ill yesterday. I really thought i wasn't going to hear from him again. I'm very worried about him, but feel lucky that i found him now and have seen and spoke with him.
