Some more activism from the refugee group from Occupied Famagusta, Ammoxostos Epistrofi, who are organising a protest rally to coincide with the start of the CY Term Presidency of the EU Council. Aimed at the EU's toleration of the Occupation of CY and its acquiescence in the violation of the human rights of refugees.

Planned for Sunday July 1 09 30am at the round-about at the Agios Dhometios crossing-point in Nicosia.

A reminder of the protest being org'd by the group Ammochostos Epistrofi in association with refugee groups from the Karpas for this coming Sunday 1 July.

Meeting at 9.30 at the roundabout at the old Nic airport (Kologaside) and marching to the crossing point at Agios Dhometios. ... (which may end up being closed for a few hours ( 8) )
