I'm far more terrorised by Americas' firepower and cruel deeds than ninja-like Arabs waving Kalashnikovs.
Religion is not the target here, but a few nasty individuals that use that religion to recruit the weak and vulnerable and indoctrinate them in the name of their God to kill Westerners.
What difference does it make what kind of bait one uses to lure/recruit fools into doing bad deeds for them?
ISIS (as an example) is using
religious indoctrination whereas America uses
financial gain to recruit murderous idiots.
So is this argument about which of the two recruiting methods is more “honorable”?
They’re both fucking murderous pathetic control freaks!
Both are criminal garbage but the US has one over them… they’re far more murderous and far reaching.
That's bogus and you know it!
In 2001, they utilized 4 Boeing aircraft to cause mass destruction in New York and Washington. The only immediate war before that, if you can call it that, was the liberation of East Timor. That is one example of the good deeds of the West and it is this type of action that should apply to Cyprus as well. Yes, if only the UN can mobilize troops to Cyprus and issue Turkey with an ultimatum.
Also, the majority of recruits are from places like Saudi Arabia (a major US ally) and Pakistan (another major US ally). Many sleeper cells are being recruited from Imams in the UK, US and Australia, and the reason there seems to be a perceived debauchery in the way the seem to deem our society (i.e. women who do not dress and cover themselves, a fairly open society) which seems to be anathema to their religion etc. A lot of it is not political. Riots started once because an Imam stated that a woman deserved to be raped if she dresses like a slut.
Now I ask you this! A country may turn a blind eye to a bomb killing a dozen people in Sydney CBD. But let's say they bomb Sydney Harbour Bridge, or Holseworthy Army Barracks, or the Rialto Towers and kill 3000. That is a serious attack on home soil and the Intelligence Agencies will know who is responsible. Therefore, it's an open invitation to F-18, F-35 air strikes and drone attacks and we make no apology about it. Sorry!
