OK Zan,

the facts are that fundamentalist Jews express intolerance towards the Israeli State and Israeli Security Forces so it's not just a little intolerance to other Christians.

They consider the Israeli State to be bogus because according to their belief, the Messiah will form the Jewish State, and this State of Israel was not divinely created so therefore must be formed by Satan himself. Yes I kid you not!

Wife had the pleasure to be a guest of Israel as a Foreign Press contingent invited by the Israeli Press Council. It was an eye opener.

But still, at least for now, they are not bombing Churches or killing Israeli Security Forces.

I was about to announce my departure from this forum. I dread to think what people reading this are thinking. I am guilty of winding a few people up but I will stick by the principle but not acting childish... Which I have done.

the fact is , there is a global terrorist issue, and that some Western Countries like the UK must take some precautions. It has been hit in the past and probably will be hit again, even though the intelligence communities in Western Countries seem to be 2 steps in front of any would be terrorist for the time being. It will not always be the case, and somewhere along the line, something will slip through the net, and innocent people just going about their daily routines will be killed. So far, dozens of attempts have been foiled in North America, Europe and Australia (4 attempts since 2009).

In all likelihood, such an attack will come from some kind of Islamic Terrorist Group such as Al Qaeda. They are not the only Militant Islamic Group. There are literally dozens of other offshoots and unrelated groups just waiting for their chance.

If it were me Zan, and I was wronged by a more powerful country like the US, then I would join millions of law abiding Muslims and get politically active, and I would try and oppose the militants (if possible) because they are only making things 10 times worse for all concerned.

I certainly could not contemplate killing innocent people. I believe most Muslims have this frame of mind as well.
