Hello all.

sorry to jump in with a question but I find myself "dumped" at Paphos airport in a couple of days
and need to get to the Aphrodite Hills resort under my own steam.

Flight arrives 21.45 in the evening.

Is there anyway to get to the resort other than the transfer services - which seem to ask £31 each way.

Is this a fair price for the distance?

Not really. With the fuel policy (pay for one full tank, regardless how little you drive) of literally all CY rentals, you would pay twice as much for the gaz only (I rented an Avis car a few weeks ago and the fuel charge + airport charge was 100€). All costs considered, I doubt you'd pay less than 300€ for a decent car one week, which is OK i guess if you need it for one week. Problem is, you don't get away with paying 1/7 of 300€ if you only need it one day.

My next trip from Paphos Airport will be in a taxi. 100€ for approx 90km. How far could it be to Aphrodite Hills? 10 km? Less?
