Turkish Cypriot Liberation Day

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Imagine the kudos and standing your community would’ve earned had they helped tilt the balance of the outside threat into history!

Instead of getting on the phone to Turkey, Denktash could’ve been smart by getting on the phone to Makarios and saying…

“Look, I can send 4-5,000 fighters to help you remain in power but what’s in it for my people?”

You have not considered what I have said.

in 64 when GCs surrounded Kochina and were intending to push the turkish cypriots into the sea, there were greek cypriot civilians who gathered on the hills to see the action.

How on earth did you expect the turkish cypriots to join in the fight against the turks.

Starnegly there were turkish cypriots who joined in the fight against the english in 1955. How many greek cyriots are aware of this. Did it stop the onslaught on to the whole tuekish cypriot population in 63.

my friend hat goes around comes around.

Perhaps you should have asked TPapa what he meant when he said if turkish ships are seen 12 miles out at sea it will take them 75 minutes to land. by the time they land there will be no turkish cypriots to save.

these things linger in the mind for genreations when it comes to decision making.
think about that.

The incidents of 1963 and 1967 and irrelevant to that of 15 July 1974!

Had Denktash been a diplomatic leader who cared about his community he would’ve aimed to help the government but he opted to serve Turkey thus demoting his people to where they are now.

If you are an honest man and you care for Cyprus consider this.

in 1972 Dengtash and Clerides concluded an agreement where all the cypriots would return to their homes and all 13 amendments as well as unified local authorities was accepted by Turkey and Dengtash and Clerides.

Now, find out who vetoed and you will find the culprit for the 74 events.

The irony of "Peace and Freedom day" is that most TCs have had to flee the occupied areas to find any peace and freedom.

and mostly living in Norf Lundun in Peace and Freedom along side Greek Cypriots, many of whom (or the parents of whom) were forced to flee by the so-called peaceful forces of the TAF.

your soul is possessed by satan. go see an exorcist or something - and quick: not for your sake, but for the sake of any innocent people near you; whose lives you pollute each day.
