Bombs in Turkey.

Turkish police are targeted.

Deadly explosion outside Turkey police station

A policeman has been killed in an explosion outside a police station in the central Turkish province of Kayseri, according to local reports.

At least one attacker tried to ram a car into the police station in the town of Pinarbasi sparking a clash with guards, Turkish broadcaster NTV said.

It reports that a bomb in the vehicle went off shortly after.

More than a dozen civilians were injured in the blast, Turkish Anatolia news agency reported.

Yes - I am sorry for them. Sorry for all the Turks.

And it's here for a similar reason to why the Greek-hating, anti-Cypriots like ZoC placed an economy topic like "greek mess" in CyProb or why the scabied sheep clone contributes anything at all.

A tragic act and my sympathy to the families of the bereaved -
However I would consider ZOC as pro Cypriot - rather it is the anti-Cypriots who refer to Choikotia as a pig sty who I wonder about.

Looks like it could be anybody.

Kurdish separatists, Islamist militants, including al Qaeda, as well as groups on the far left and right have all carried out bomb attacks in Turkey, but there was no immediate claim of responsibility.

Confirmed as a suicide bomber:

The previous suicide bombing took place last October in eastern town of Bingol, where two people were killed when a woman blew herself up near the headquarters of governing Justice and Development Party.
In November 2010 in Istanbul, a bomber blew himself up on the central Taksim square, wounding 32 people.

Choiro-koitia = koiti(bed/bedding place/nesting place/home) of choiroi(pigs). But then again I use it only against those who call me a Greek wannaby or a remnant of the Ottomans etc.

It's quite logical, stud, and I think you are somewhat coming round to realising this stance. If one loves Cyprus, they should respect the alliances forged by the RoC, such as Greece. It's sensible to avoid purveying anti-Greek propaganda (of which there is a lot around since many stand to profit from Greece's position e.g. Turkey) because it also harms Cyprus. Why in heaven's name would a pro-Cypriot denigrate Greece, in such a fervent manner, using well known propaganda (not facts), if they loved Cyprus?

butt hurt and treatment options

Bulk forming laxatives

Bulk forming laxatives are very good as first line agents for constipation. Bulk forming laxatives must not be used if there is bowel obstruction or if faecal matter is impacted. It is very important to drink plenty of water with these medicines. Results may be delayed up to 48 hours.

Bulk forming laxatives with bowel stimulants should generally be used only in the short-term and then changed to a standard bulk forming laxative if advised by your doctor.

Bulk forming laxatives include Granocol (with caution in diabetes), Metamucil (with caution in diabetes), Mucilax (sugar-free is available), Normafibe (with caution in diabetes), and Normacol Plus. Granocol and Normacol Plus contain the bowel stimulant frangula and should not be used during pregnancy, unless under medical supervision.

Faecal softeners

Osmotic laxatives

Osmotic laxatives such as lactulose (Actilax, Duphalac and Lac-Dol) must be taken regularly for full effect, and should be used cautiously in the elderly if there are likely to be electrolyte imbalances. Action may be delayed up to 48 hours.

Stimulant laxatives

Stimulant laxatives such as bisacodyl (Durolax) and senna (Senokot, Coloxyl with Senna and Sennesoft) may be required when constipation is severe and a rapid effect is required. They should not be used regularly unless under medical supervision.

The onset of action is about 8 hours. After complete evacuation of the bowel by a stimulant laxative, it may take 2 to 3 days for faecal matter to collect in the bowel again, and so taking a stimulant laxative every night is not usually necessary.

Stimulant laxatives should not be used during pregnancy.

Supplements

Psyllium husks and herbal laxatives may also help in the relief of constipation.

May I suggest that you lay off the laxatives as your condition has worsened. Sheep-droppings everywhere!
