Diplomatic sources stressed Wednesday that no official information had been received about an announcement by Turkey that it planned to indict former IDF commanders over the Marmara affair, but said "If it's true, this won't bring us to a good place. We will need to weigh our steps."

"We also have ways to bother them in the international arena. If this is the path they want, we also know what to do. They have plenty of Achilles' heels. We don't want escalation, but if this is the game – we'll play," the sources said. (Attila Somfalvi)

Seems to me, and as VP always reminds us, Turkey is playing with a bomb and any minute now it is going to explode in their faces.
They need to remember is it not little Cyprus they are pushing about, Israel's reach is far more than Turkeys. God help us all.

Maybe Cyprus should start issuing idictments against the individuals within the Turkish Government and Military responsible for planning and (and if traceable) performing attacks on Cyprus in 1963/4 and the invasion of 1974 for murder and kidnapping and general crimes against Humanity - oh and throw in the survivng members of the Grek Junta for launching the Coup.

And against the ministers and prime ministers of Turkey who entered and keep entering in Cyprus illegally and who ordered or approved the ethnic cleansing of the GCs from the north and who are continuing this practice by illegally infesting Cyprus with Anatolian settlers, and, and, and......

PS. A few years ago I had agreed with a Greek professor in Law to file a law suit against Tansu Chiler for the murder of Solomos (she had declared publicly her approval of it). Unfortunately the plan did not go ahead due to some personal (health) problems he had.

Erdogan is stirring the "Turks", and as elections near he will offer as well the new Constitution to Turks. regretfully if we follow the American example (read: Bush), he will win another term based on their fear, and their desire for Unity; oh what an election (read: war) that will be when the bubble is set to burst.
