Get out.For a walk at the seafront or a park.With friend/s or alone.Its good for health and peace of mind.And read a book when you are at home and have nothing to do.Its all about getting used to it.

being not surprised... i was telling myself i am an addicted too with fb..anyway its been the same with this forum in the past :D
need to review friends list before deleting my profile or.... let them free to reply weird statements?
