'Postage paid' was on the envelope that was all.

if it was send by royal mail wieght of package is on the enveope look carefully.open paypal dispute take photos of the package and send them to paypal he wil have to answer to them ,he will probably send you the package cause of the bad rating that you will put that will destroy its good percentage.if its a scammer he will close the account ...
