No. We all agree that it is reproduction of the first page of "Africa" telling Bagis to go F* himself when he threatened to annex the north. Remember?

VP, whilst we can speculate that the holder of the TC designed RoC flag may or may not have been a GC plant, there's one thing that we can be sure of...

That there's no Turkish mainland settler plant in the photo.
