This is the 8th time a greek team wins the cup (Panathinaikos 6 - including last year's and Olympiakos 2).

And don't anyone say that all players are foreign because during the dramatic last quarter four player out of the five on the floor were young Greeks.

Good to see an underdog team win.
Here in Cyprus, our league still has a long way to go to match any top guns of Europe.

I am a vazelos also but I enjoyed it. To have two greek teems in the final four is no joke. And a greek team wining in Constantinople? Pity the hooligans of both teams defamed their clubs and their country.
PS1 Panathinaikos reaches there the final four for how many years in a row?
PS2 Olympiakos is not exactly the "underdog" of European basket ball. It's just that it went through a decline for sometime. And I think this new young team has a lot of future.
PS3 10 out of the 16 members of the mission to Constantinople are Greeks. That creates new blood for the national team of Greece also.
