hi there as i am new to this forum please bear with me on questions i would like to ask !! my wife & myself are coming over to Cyprus to live for 4/5 months just to see if we would like to live in Cyprus permanently , As we have been to the island many times, we have often wondered what it would be like to stay for a longer period than 2/3 weeks ! we have now retired
from work and so much looking forward to returning to this beautiful island !, Do we have to inform any authorities that we are staying longer than 3 weeks and also could anyone
inform us can we get a local bus/.taxi that would take us from AYIA THECKLIA to PAPHOS airport on our return journey home in November ? thank you so much in advance

Since this is just a long holiday you don't need to do anything with the authorities. If you come to live permanently then you might have to fill a couple of forms at the immigration office. I am not sure about bus but you can take a taxi from anywhere to everywhere... so that shouldn't be a problem!

best bet might be look at a hire car with option for airport drop off as the cost of a Taxi could be massive -

Yes ... cost of a taxi to/from Ayia Thekla would be massively massive.

Hire a car as Stud suggests... it'd be a fraction of the price of a cab... or if you want buses plan your trip here... http://www.cyprusbybus.com
