Intellectual Property Rights of the logo of the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the EU

The Press and Information Office wishes to inform the public that the Republic of Cyprus is the owner of the intellectual property rights of the logo of the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the EU. Consequently, any action that violates these rights (such as the use of the logo for commercial purposes, its printing on products etc.) without the permission of the competent authorities of the Republic of Cyprus, namely the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Secretariat of the Cyprus Presidency and the Press and Information Office, is prohibited. - 09.05.2012
