Turkish imposter on Eastenders

Postby Me Ed » Thu May 10, 2012 12:23 pm

I don't know if you guys have seen Eastenders lately, but there is a Turkish imposter posing as a Greek Cypriot.

It has been featured in this weeks Parikiaki and on the BBC web site, see comments 36 onwards:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/eastenders/2012/04/episode-discussion-for-week-st-18.shtml

The famous Laundrette owner, Mr Papadopulos' nephew Nico Papadopoulos, played by Turkish Cypriot actor Aykut Hilmi has opened a takeaway on the square and this 'Greek Cypriot' has a TURKISH FLAG on the wall of his takeaway.

SCANDALOUS!

I have never watched this soap but know it is very high profile.

Surely it proves the depths the Turks ("TCs") will go to for their own ends. We know how often they resort to false flag operations!

- I hope this Turk, impostor of an "actor", never works again.

That's a bit much coming from a 'Charlie' that was a burger flipper for a Turkish burger joint!

Actually it was a GC that owned the Wimpy and Kingfisher Fishen and Chip shop next door on Kingsland High Street in Hackney.

There was several GCs and a TC that I worked with in the Wimpy bar and there were a couple of Turks working in the chippy.

Is CBBB such a fan of Eastenders that he does not want to see it criticized for this false flag atrocity?

I thought it was hilarious that they got it wrong; then I thought that perhaps it was a Stambouliot kebab shop with postcards from home, Constantinipolis, pinned up there. :D

Glad you all enjoyed it. But why watch that crap.
