"Kulaksiz" CarpetBuggerers about to be Buggered again... ???

Postby bill cobbett » Sat May 05, 2012 9:34 pm

... being some opinions on the real story behind Kulaksiz and Afkinans...

The newspaper Kibris Kase.. Kibris Gaz...(whatever it's called), in the Occupied Areas of Cyprus confirms what apc2010 told us a couple of weeks ago in that tomorrow, Sunday 6th May, there will be an "Auction" of constructions on the site some refer to as Kulaksiz.

Briefly and more or less, the story, that some will have us believe, is that a "bank" known as Akfinans acquired charges on these properties by advancing monies to someone claiming to be the owner of the site according to the usual photoshopped title deeds without the knowledge of the CarpetSquatters who had parted with monies for these properties and now this "bank" has thrown out the CarpetBuggers with the help of the "authorities" of "trnc", foreclosed on the loans, taken "possession" of the properties and will be "selling" them this Sunday to highest bidders and the winging CarpetShitters seem to think it just ain't right.

Well that's the tale that some would have us and the Rest of the World believe. Here's the real story, a story that doesn't start in 2008 but one that as with sooooo many other CY stories started during those dark days of 1974...

The properties are new-builds in the Occupied Village of Vasileia or Basileia (to give the correct names) in Kyrenia District and which is in the northern foothills of the Kyrenia mountains, 3 kms to the west of Lapithos and 18 kms west of Kyrenia.

Turkish-speakers may know Vasiliea as Karşıyaka. Its population of 950 greek-speakers fled for their lives in 1974. The village had two Primary Schools with 183 pupils in the 73-74 school year, children who weren't to return to their schools for the 74-75 year.

During the attack on the village by the Turkish Army in '74, five of the villagers lost their lives including one woman. May they Rest in Peace.

The land in question was given, on the strength of Fabricated Title Deeds, to a member of the Turkish Army for services rendered in the massacre of CYs in "74 and was later "sold" on to a third party who in some kind of partnership or other arrangement with the "bank" and a "developer" was to build constructions which were "sold" at the usual bargain rates to the Cheapskates.

Believe that those who by dealt in these properties subsequent to 2006 are in breach of the Criminal Code of the Republic, specifically those who...

"...engaged in buying, selling, renting, promoting or mortgaging a property without the permission of the owner (the person whose ownership is registered with the Republic of Cyprus Land Registry, including Greek Cypriots displaced from northern Cyprus in 1974) is a criminal offence. The maximum prison sentence is 7 years. The amendment to the law also states that any attempt to undertake such a transaction is a criminal offence and could result in a prison sentence of up to 5 years..."

Now and as we're all pretty human and reasonably compassionate, should we feel sorry for a group of aged Ex-pats, probably retired who unwisely invested life-savings in these properties and who are having the Carpet pulled from under their feet? ... Don't think we should, but at least the question is being asked which is far, far more sympathy and understanding than the CarpetWetters have ever shown...

To them and almost to a person, anything to do with matters of the Republic and of Rightful Owners is hated and hated to an extent have rarely seen in any matter. They threw their lot in with the Corrupt Illegal Regime, with fly by night banks, with unscrupulous developers and they co-conspired with them to defraud others and it gets worse friends, the CarpetScum have not only sought to profit from the misery of others (as it is often put), they have also shown an extreme contempt for the murders of others, murders which led to a situation from which they sought to profit.... and that, on its own, is such a terrible crime that they do not deserve our sympathy.

Hopefully they will get another blow tomorrow and leave us to deal with Afkinans and the Illegal Regime... after all we are the ones who know how to fight, who have Struggled for Decades, who have the real and proven track record of never giving in, of never giving up.

Don't you just love "trnc" sometimes... ???

Oh... yes, think there are two auctions tomorrow.

Believe there is also, as you say, an auction for the "Robb properties" in Occupied Karmi. Can you confirm...???

Interesting quote from this article............presumably a T/C asked the question.........

" A man caught both me and Chris around the shoulders and said he wanted to ask us something. He said he made TV and radio programmes and wanted to know how we felt about buying land belonging to Greek Cypriots. I did not want any unpleasantness so I simply told him, he knew nothing about us. If it turned out that the land we had been allowed to buy was Greek Cypriot owned we would either give it back or compensate them or refer them to the IPC. It never ceases to amaze me that such people a) never blame the seller, b) never blame the Government who allowed it and c) never see the hypocrisy that the self same thing has happened to displaced Turkish Cypriots."

It's interesting how these Brits behave, they didn't think that buying a stolen property was not the right thing to do. They don't realise that they bought a property at the expense of the rightful owner against their will .... yet they are crying victims. Where do they get off?

What is also interesting is that they refer to the occupied area as northern Cyprus rather than refer to it as the TC's would like "trnc". poor Tc's are not even recognised by the people they let in, hehehehehehe
