The true face of the Turkish occupation in Northern Cyprus was exposed following an evaluation visit by the reporter on the evaluation of Turkey's EU accession and Dutch MP Ria Oomen Ruijten who was accompanied by Cyprus counterpart Eleni Theocharous. The delegation apparently visited and evaluated archeological sites, monuments and churches, which are European and world cultural heritage, and concluded that they were in very poor condition, they had been destroyed and in some cases close to total decay because of this illegal occupation.
