The Great Bikers Ride Around Cyprus - United Bikers for A United Cyprus

Another piece of activism, another One CY action. This one organised by Paradise Place. This is some kind of cultural music/artists venue up in Pomos, Tylirria.

The action will be a motor-bike ride around much of the coast of Free and of Occupied CY over the weekend of 26 and 27 May.

Some 150 bikers have already pledged to take part in this.

Here is some of what the organiser says to promote the action...

"...I am a biker just like you, I Love my bike and most importantly I love my country. This is why me and a few biker friends have come up with an idea to organize the ultimate bike trip in Cyprus. We want to promote our biker lifestyle and at the same time send a strong message to everyone in our country. So, we have come up with an idea to get our point across to everybody while doing what we love most, we have decided to declare for the first time in our country’s resent history, a bikers event like no other, we are organizing the first, official, true bike trip around Cyprus, united bikers for a united Cyprus. ..."

Managed to find a poster for the event, which features the route...

Her name is Don (Donatella) Kelley, she/he was from England but now lives in Paphos. :mrgreen:
