An Athens court found the defendants guilty of manslaughter and negligence charges, officials told Reuters.
Shame on us,
The ruling came four months after a Cypriot court acquitted the three executives during a separate hearing over the accident.

That's because in Cyprus they had the meson!
Same evidence 2 different courts 2 different verdicts, you work it out.
Those judges need shooting, 121 people murdered, families destroyed and no one takes accountability. Farcicle.

Perhaps it's time the RoC courts proceeded more like those in Greece instead of practicing the 'English Law' we were forced to adopt?
