I know an English hacker... Cornish actually... but I can't get him to work for me... this is despite me coaching him to get into Cambridge... As education providers, they are probably both the same (ex Polys). What you perhaps need to ask yourself is whether you would prefer to live in a dump like Plymouth or have some access to real life (Greek groceries etc) like in London
