Well, after all the doom and gloom, with the Chinese signed up, the hydrocarbon finds, the Ayaia Napa mArina contracts to be signed this month and now this,

We are on the up ladies and gentlemen, shame we cannot say the same for the dark side. They can wallow in their self made isolation and look at us from afar. I wonder if they still want partition, or will they be claiming their 'share' of the goodies???

they are good, but it doesnt mean they cant become better, specifically in judicial reform, transperancy, and maybe even tort reform
