A friend of mine rented her property under a legal contract for 6 months. Ther 6 month were up in Feb and during this contract time she has had a lot of problems with the latvian tenant. The tenant is still in the property and owes 600 euros and despite phone calls, texes and emails all my friend receives is a text from the boyfriend promising to pay.

Astonishingly, the police say they cannot do anything to help her, even though she is now illiegally occupying the property and owes money. So the only way out is for my friend to fly over and employ a lawyer and wait for the court to issue an eviction order

By the way, the rental is so low its laughable....

BE WARE ANYONE THINKING OF RENTING TO THESE UNSCRUPULOUS PEOPLE

you dont need laywer ok once contract up you can throw them out ok all you need to do know is wait till they go out anfd get some one with key and change lock and leave note on door to contact police to get belongings ok
