If I had to move to the North tomorrow, would I be willing to merge with the South? I cannot say. I'd be sad to see the North developed and spoiled by too much tourism as the South has been. There is something very special about the way the North has been left unspoiled. However in the North it's incredibly difficult to earn a living, and obviously all the services (internet, phone lines, international post) are substandard for not being direct.
