None of the above. The Cypriot owned talks (both sides) failed to resolve the problem. Politicians are not fit nor experts in this field mainly due to political costs or gains arising from the proposed solutions...
So how do we move forward? Assign the UN body of justice to take over in a binding arbitrary decision agreed in advance by both communities of CY

The Court shall address all chapters including land, property, security, Government, language etc.

I'll go along with that BUT the starting point should not be the constitution of the ROC as forced on the island by the Zurich Agreement. It should be based on the same principles that were applied to former colonies, the UN de-colonisation law and the Charter of Human Rights.
