I'm just curious about the real estate price comparisons between Canada & Cyprus.
I just bought a house in a small town (slightly lower prices) in Seaforth, Ont., Canada.
Older home but in excellent condition. 2 year old roof, 4 years on siding & furnace.Updated electrical. No work required to move in & live.
Bought for just under 115,000 EUR.
