Car rent + Learner's licence

Is it possible to rent a car with learner's licence?

Is it possible to rent a car for 2 people can drive, one is an experienced driver(25+, 5+yrs exp), another one with learner's?

Don't think so mate/matess. Well, to be honest, no way.

All contracts have seen say full license and min 25 years of age.

Can't personally speak about Cyprus but no chance in Canada.
