Fuck the Queen and fuck the imperialist pigs in their bases in Cyprus. Colonialist pigs who slaughtered Cypriots and sowed the seeds of war and invasion.

Pity you weren't as brave when the ill trained, ill equipped Turkish conscripts arrived in 74, did you say all those naughty bugger words to them?

Cyprus has belonged to so many different nationalities down the centuries including the English during the crusades, look at the Kollossi and Paphos castles. Berengaria was named after Richard The Lionheart's Queen. Cyprus has been passed around like a second hand car/woman even back to Cleopatra.

You foul mouthed brit bastard, who the hell are you to decide who fought and who didnt? it took turkey, the junta, brits, and nato to orchestrate the invasion in 74....which goes to show that noone had any faith in turkey doing the job alone.

They are preparing to enjoy the proceeds from the wealth of Cyprus which EOKA leader Tassos Papadopoulos offered us on the platter, saving it from the Grand Theft which you were planing (I mean your Annan Plan). Additionally, they are preparing to take over the EU presidency which EOKA man Tassos Papadopoulos also offered us on the platter.

You see, the victorious war of EOKA against the Empire is still producing plentiful fruits. With some delay but... what the hell, political gains take time and stamina. On the other hand, just look at the misery and the isolation of the TCs whom you used as your allies to fight EOKA and feel the shame of what you brought upon them (namely TURKEY).

So everyone is happy and will continue to fight their corner.

Your 'corner' is thousands of miles away in Asia. Go on - go there and fight to get it back!

Not much of a fight needed to get back in if what happened when the Turks strolled in back in 74 is anything to go by.

The 50 Million Brits were whipped by 250 GCs and the 70 Million Turks are next!

- Why don't you run back to the safety of your Turk-loving "friends" troll.

Even the young girls will not hide under the bed when the Turks throw their bombs because now they are not napalm but smart.

Go and clean your running shoes I hear the Turks are going to complete their mission, this time they'll only need to send their army cooks and storemen.

Hold on a minute 250 GCs? didn't someone else say all the young GC boys were in the EOKA? It looks like you've inherited the GC habit of being economical with the truth.
50 million Brits my arse, more like young conscripts between the age of 18-21.

Same difference. 250 ACTIVE GCs against 50 Million; or 25,000 PASSIVE collaborators against 50 Million. Do you see much statistical difference in the "Might" displayed? Yet you foolishly try to downplay the Legacy of the "Might" of the British Empire with the pitiful appeal to some "conscripts". Shameful cowardice!

She hates England so much that she chose this country for her university studies, funded of course by the average Brit tax payer. Expect a return of the grant and the university diploma quite soon now, in indignation. This will consolidate her stance and her reliability. Otherwise, it is very cheap to shout slogans.

England owes the GC people so much, that even if it educated all of its population 10 times over, she would still end up owing us. So get off your high horse.

He always turns to personal attacks to defend his Imperialist masters. My degrees were earned with scholarships and research and the UK, having thus profited, knew what it was doing when it collaborated in ousting us from our homes.

Perhaps they'd like to reimburse the GCs for the taxes they over-charged us for decades to pay for administering their colonisation? Perhaps they'd like to re-mineralise the island of all they stole?

Interesting clip here, it refers to Macmillan's idea early in 1956 that Britain did not need the whole island, just a base.
