On the eve of my departure, I would like to thank ALL members for the pleasure of association and extend my 'Best Wishes' to each and every one.
My apologies to any that I may have offended and I bear no ill will to any that may have offended me.
Perhaps my efforts might alleviate (in a small way) some of the stress that exists in my appointed region, it usually DOES and I am proud of it.
