Hello, let me explain you the situation.

I'm 15 years old and I'm travelling in a few days with my older brother, who's 18.

I booked a ticket as an adult because I couldn't booked a ticket with my brother, as he'll return earlier than me (I''ll stay 2 weeks, while my brother just a week). Still, in the return I won't be UNACCOMPANIED because my mother and sister will visit me so they will return with me.

SO, IN BOTH FLIGHTS I WON'T BE UNACCOMPANIED.

The problem now is that I can't check in online because when I complete my real age (**/10/1996), the system doesn't allow me to continue.
What do I have to do now? Should I put a fake date, so the system allows me and then at the airport explain them the situation or will Ryanair not allow me to fly?

I would appreciate a helpful response as soon as possible because my flight in on Friday.

You have to accept, you are under age to fly unaccompanied full stop.

Trying to cheat the system won't help and will cause you many issues. Not to mention invalidate any insurance cover whilst travelling. Tell the operator and let them sit you with some hot stewardess for the flight. Anything else and you'll lose your flight ticket.

Call Ryanair (+ 44 871 246 0002) and explain to them the situation. What you should have done is book ONE WAY with your brother and then again ONE WAY back with your mother. With Ryanair you should be very careful when you fill in the info. If you make a mistake (let alone if you put false info intentionally) it will cost you! Probably they will want money to change your reservation and fix the problem.
