firstly, welcome newgeneration.
if you are arguing from a Cypriot point of view, it is a mistake to divide the debate between "Greeks" and "Turks". if we are truly committed to the Principal of Bicommunality, we should be united as Constituencies in our efforts toward representing Persons, within (and against if you will) a State which without discrimination defends the Rights of its Citizens, as Individuals.
There is one Land Registry, it is neither a representative of an Individual's ethnicity, or their political affiliations. Truly, there is one Cyprus. but, there should be a Greek Constituency, with their National Assembly no different to the Maronite, Armenian, (Latin), and Turkish Constituency, to demonstrate their own Goodwill within their Territorial Jurisdictions; it is still lacking (a Greek Constituency). with or without Constituencies, as Cypriots, Sovereign, and a State, there is this constant, this level of Government, that we as this island's steward and its dwellers defend Universal Principals seeking their betterment.
fortunately (or unfortunately), the land foisted on these willing Brits is stolen goods, their Human Rights are the same as any others, all the compassion will be directed to their redress when it is they that are stolen from; i have every confidence that the Oram case has at least established Europe's claim to this thinking. even the IPC succeeds in expressing the same hope, allowing for those who seek an end to their plaint some resolution while for those who wait, blame has been established. but, i hope for the displaced, all of them, Justice seen, in a manner where all Mankind can feel esteem in its emulation; none of this is any of that.
(please read my manifesto thingy or my letter to Ban Ki-Moon.); Bizonal as well, does not mean tearing the island in two.
cheers!
